Do you have a store or showroom that I can visit?
No. Since we sell exclusively online there is no boutique or showroom where you can inspect our carpets before buying them. Our customer service is always ready to answer your questions if you require any extra advice regarding colours, materials, additional pictures or anything else.
You always have 30 days purchase on approval when ordering from us, and can return the carpet if it doesn't meet your expectations - no questions asked.
My Rug is shedding. Is that normal?
Yes. It is very common for carpets to shed during the first few weeks, especially in high traffic areas, making it easy to spot small fibres. Do not worry β loose and excess fibres from the rug are characteristics of the material used.
It is Easy to clean?
Pls look through the product page, Most of our mats and rugs can be machine wash and air dry. PVC kitchen rugs don't need to wash, if it is dirty, only need to clean off with towel.
It is No slip mats or rugs?
Yes, Most of mats and rugs with No slip rubber back (Notice: When use it, no water under the mats and rugs)
Is this size/color available?
All sizes and colors of carpets we have in stock are shown on our website. If a size or a color is not visible online, it is, unfortunately, sold out at the moment. In case another customer chooses to return it, the size/color might be back in stock. We would suggest that you check back in a couple of weeks.
There is some color difference because of different monistor or computer, Special gray or green colors, we are trying to show the physical color photoes on our website. pls understand and accept less color difference.
About size opition, it is truth size, pls measure your using location before order it.
